- Laura Jean's Pubic Access TV show, "Community Artist Connection" is now airing weekly on Thursday evenings at 9:30 p.m. Cox Cable Channel 23 in San Diego and Channel 18 in North County. If you are interested in being interviewed on the show or be part of the volunteer crew (no experience necessary), please contact her.
- Laura Jean is an internet TV station owner. She can now broadcast shows and produce internet streaming video on location as art events happen.
- Laura Jean is now going international. She will be expanding her area of exhibition to Baja California. Her first exhibition will be on July 3, 2010 at the reknown La Bufadora Restaurant at the well-known La Bufadora tourist spot.

- Laura Jean has appeared on a new Art Community TV pilot on ABC TV
- Laura Jean has chosen as a judge for the US Open Sandcastle Competition in Imperial Beach. This competition is the largest sandcastle competition in the United States, awarded in excess of $7500 in cash awards.
- Laura Jean participaated in the Imperial Beach ArtWalk. She painted "Just Fish" on the pier.
